Full Journal pdf2022-05-17 House Journal Page 3037 HB 392 Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2974) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 392(HSS) am "An Act relating to advanced practice registered nurses and physician assistants; and relating to death certificates, do not resuscitate orders, and life sustaining treatment." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 392(HSS) (same title) 2022-05-17 House Journal Page 3038 There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Tuck moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment?"
